We originally met during college in Washington, D.C., but our lives took us in different directions after graduation. These days, one of us lives in New Hampshire, another in San Francisco, and the last in Virginia. Rather than look at the distance between us as a hindrance, we choose to view it as an opportunity. Rather than limiting our beer consumption to national distributors and local microbrews, we can all enjoy beers from both coasts. With beers from California, New England, and the mid-Atlantic making their way to each of us, Together We Drink represents the ultimate cross-country beer experience.
Of course, we all have different tastes, and a beer loved by one is not necessarily a beer loved by all. To put our individual reviews in context, you should know a little bit about us.

Brian York - CaliforniaYork is certainly the newest of the group to start really appreciating beer. After far too many post-college years of going for quantity over quality, exposure to some great breweries and tasting events has opened up his beer drinking world. That said, there is almost always a 12 pack of Rolling Rock in the fridge, but the real interest now lies in trying any and every type, flavor, strength, and color beer he comes across. Sours and dark beers are his favorites, with an additional soft spot for a good strong IPA.
